1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:

- Navigate to subscription settings
- Click on "Cancel Subscription"
- Access continues until the current billing period ends

Our refund policy includes:
- 7-day refund window from subscription date
- Full refund if service is unavailable
- Partial refund for technical issues
- No refund for unused subscription time
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact support within eligible period
- Provide subscription details
- State reason for refund request
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Requests after 7 days of purchase
- Violation of terms of service
- Account sharing violations
- Partial month usage

Subscription Management:

- Notification before renewal
